Alan is passionate about helping people to perform at their optimal level through leveraging emotional intelligence, clarifying purpose, disciplined executions and mental toughness. He is the creator of The Solution Turbine™, a compelling framework that enables individual optimal functioning and unleashes leaders and their teams towards high performance. Alan is a qualified coaching psychologist and a founding member of the Society for Coaching Psychology within the British Psychological Society.
Billy Byrne Leadership Development Specialist
Billy is an executive coach and leadership development specialist at KinchLyons. He has extensive coaching experience with clients from across a broad range of industries. He has a particular interest in the development of Emotional Intelligence and Authentic Leadership in order to enhance performance within organisation. His coaching work ranges from graduates to senior executives, using instruments including DISC, MBTI, EQ-i2.0 and EQ360. His academic interests lie in the area of Organisational Behaviour and Sense-making in Organisation. Billy is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and an Irish Council Member of EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council).
Tanya Sheehan Business Psychologist
Tanya joined the team of business psychologists at KinchLyons in 2016. Her professional interests lie mainly in coaching and development and she is passionate about helping clients reach their full potential. She has several years’ experience in training, administration and distribution of psychometric assessments for selection and development purposes. Tanya holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from University of Limerick and is a member of PSI Division of Work and Organisational Psychology.
Cliona Diggins Business Psychologist
Clíona is a Chartered Business Psychologist with significant expertise in management development, leadership and coaching. Working for organisations globally, she has gained an in-depth understanding of everyday management and leadership challenges. Her approach to coaching is bespoke, recognising that the process needs to be tailored to suit the needs of the individual and the business, and that to help people get the best from themselves and others requires actionable feedback and pragmatic advice.
Leisha McGrath Business Psychologist
Leisha joined KinchLyons in 2013 and has been an active part of the team since. Her work focus mainly on training and facilitation, individual and team coaching assignments and psychometric assessments for selection and development purposes. She has worked in consultancy for over a decade and her clients have ranged from SME’s to large scale public sector institutions. Leisha is a Registered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the Psychological Society of Ireland. She has lectured at university level and has had several articles published in professional publications and national newspapers.
