Psychometric Profiling and Reports

Our assessment process is open and transparent. It includes a pre-assessment information pack, if required, and an interview and feedback session where all results are discussed with the candidate and validated. The resulting report rates the candidate’s psychometric results against the competencies for the role under consideration, giving you a powerful insight into their potential suitability.


 Job Analysis

We can conduct a job analysis for your organisation as part of a selection process. Once conducted it results in a clear job description of duties, or tasks, performed in the role, as well as descriptions of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics (KSAOs) required to perform those tasks. A thorough job analysis informs and guides the selection process.


Competency Modelling

We can assist you in building or reviewing and/or validating your organisation’s competency model.
