We work with individual athletes and sports teams to help them excel and achieve peak performance. Applying the power of the science of sports psychology we can help you compete at your optimal level on a continuous basis.

We work at the individual, team, coach and management level – across a broad range of sports including athletics, Gaelic football, hurling, rugby, sailing, rowing, golf, tennis, boxing and equestrian sports.

One of our team, Alan Lyons, is an accredited Sport Psychologist with the Irish Sports Council and a professional member of the Institute of Sport (a system that recognises service providers who have the qualifications, experience, skills and ability to work in high performance sport).
